I strive to be compassionate and honest. I enjoy being outdoors, garden, camp, hike, canoe and kayak. My reading is mostly non fiction. I love great food in and out and cook creatively. I’ve done stained glass, pottery, paint, draw, needlework, but got sidetracked into gardening. I journal and am working at meditating on a daily basis. A non - traditional spirituality has always been important to me. I have a massage table, have done several styles of healing bodywork. I find the whole body mind concept fascinating.

I value honesty, open mindedness, compassion, a sense of humor. Someone able to look deeply within and who is mindful.
