Can confidently describe myself as an attractive 44 year young man who loves to laugh, smile and communicate. At the core I am spiritual, family-oriented, affectionate, playful, expressive and animated, and optimistic yet realistic. At this point in my journey, I think I have more wisdom, character and appreciation for what's important in life. I take good care of myself, and I know myself well enough to recognize what I need, and when I need it. I treasure spending time with family and friends, yet covet my alone time as well. I believe in balance, in just about every area of life. I enjoy working out, good conversation, quiet walks, cognitive stimulation, hiking, skiing, dancing, traveling, listening to music, good food, bookstores, and drinking coffee. I am looking for a mutually beneficial relationship, where we can share those things that feed the soul! I believe there has to be a healthy balance of self-disclosure and listening; excitement and quiet reflection. My focus is also to raise two amazingly healthy, well-rounded children.
